My Story
I know what it’s like to feel at war with your body.
As a queer, immigrant, and trauma survivor, I grew up in environments where bodies were constantly judged, shamed, or told they weren’t enough. For years, I thought fitness was about shrinking myself to fit society’s mold.
But through healing, recovery, and years of work in body liberation, I discovered the truth: movement can be freedom. Fitness doesn’t have to be about weight loss — it can be about joy, strength, connection, and coming home to yourself.
